Oct. 14th:  Burque Bag Club! 1:30-3:30 PM Lined Drawstring Treat Bag This is a new opportunity to sew together, creating a bag of the month. Participants will purchase patterns and bring their bags from the previous month to "show and tell."  Because we will be sewing in this class, the enrollment is limited.  Sign up today!!

Tips of the Trade: 

FINISHING YOUR QUILTS WITH SUCCESS
~Needles: Use the best needle available and remember, every quilt deserves a new needle when being quilted.

Sew Together carries Superior Threads titanium needles for beautiful top stitching.
~Thread:  Choose a high quality thread for your heirloom project.  It will stitch better and looks beautiful.  We carry Superior threads for both piecing and long arm quilting. Our best long arm recommendations include Omni and So Fine!
~ Use a slower speed when quilting.  Many of our new fabrics are digitally printed.  A slower speed on both your domestic machine and your long arm will prevent getting "runs" in the printing as you quilt.    ~From the Creative Retailer magazine from QT Fabrics
