2024 ABQ Shop Hop3 Yard Quilt Club
3 Yard quilts are all the rage! Join us each month for a new 3 Yard Quilt Pattern from Fabric Cafe. The club will meet every third Thursday.
Supplies needed:
* Note that Fabric Cafe's patterns all call for a 1.5" binding that comes from one of the yards of fabric. I do not use this small binding but instead buy and extra 1/2 yard of the fabric I will be using for binding so that I am able to do a 2.5" binding.
Supplies needed:
- Fabric Cafe pattern for the month (to be announced prior to the class each month) or choose your own
- 3 Yards of Fabrics of your choice*. Pick a focal fabric for your main print, a background fabric and a contrasting fabric that will bring out elements of the focal fabric.
- Sewing Machine and thread
- General Sewing Supplies such as travel iron, rotary cutter, small cutting mat, seam ripper, scissors, etc.
